We had a cook along with Stan making a Coconut Chicken dish. He was so patient, went at a good pace and I loved that we could see what his dish looked like too. I learnt a new way to cook my veg and will definitely make the dish we cooked again as it was delicious! Even my kids gave it the thumbs up. I would happily join a cook along with Stan again.

We did a cook along with sandeep khatri on sat 27th Feb 2021 - we made a delicious coconut cream chicken with veg and a mint rice (will definitely try that again) He worked at a very good pace, not too fast and not too slow, he was very clear with all his instructions etc. He carried out the cook along in a very professional and poised manner.
